Leading Executively® is led by Ta-Nikka Harrison, a former Cisco Vice President who began her career as an engineer and advanced through multiple leadership levels across engineering, operations, supply chain, transformation, and executive leadership.
Before launching LECC, Ta-Nikka spent more than two decades at Cisco, where she led global teams responsible for complex product lifecycle and supply chain operations across a broad portfolio. Her work included large-scale transformation efforts, executive operating rhythms, cross-functional governance, and support for multi-billion-dollar acquisition integrations. She also contributed to the operational excellence that helped Cisco achieve its first #1 ranking on Gartner’s Supply Chain Top 25.
That experience gives LECC a practical, operator-led perspective on what leadership requires when the work is complex, stakeholders are many, and execution matters. LECC brings that perspective to engagements that help executives, senior leaders, and leadership teams strengthen alignment, sharpen decision-making, improve communication, and turn insight into action.
