Ta-Nikka Harrison is a seasoned business and technical operations strategist, Certified Professional Coach, and leadership development expert with a passion for helping leaders reach their fullest potential. With over two decades of experience in engineering, operations, and supply chain strategy, she brings a wealth of real-world expertise to every engagement.
As a former Vice President of Supply Chain Operations at Cisco, Ta-Nikka led global teams responsible for managing end-to-end product lifecycle processes across Cisco’s entire portfolio. She was instrumental in driving innovation, overseeing multi-million-dollar transformation and digitization programs, and achieving Cisco's first number-one ranking on Gartner's Supply Chain Top 25.
In addition to her operational expertise, Ta-Nikka played a key role in mergers and acquisitions (M&A), supporting the product integration of $3.5 billion acquisitions of Sourcefire and Ironport into Cisco’s global supply chain. Her leadership ensured the successful alignment of operations, processes, and product lifecycle strategies, delivering significant organizational growth and innovation.
