Ta-Nikka Harrison is the Founder & CEO of LEADING EXECUTIVELY COACHING & CONSULTING.  She is a certified professional business coach and a 25-year engineering and operations veteran. As a former Vice President of Supply Chain Operations at Cisco, Ta-Nikka led various engineering and operations teams, where she was responsible for end-to-end product lifecycle management (PLM) across all company-branded products.  Ta-Nikka was the executive sponsor for a multi-year innovation program that helped Cisco secure its first number-one ranking on Gartner's Supply Chain Top 25. Her teams led multi-million dollar transformation and digitization programs through her organization's Portfolio Management Office (PMO), ownership of global product lifecycle management business and technical processes and governance, and platform architecture support.  Ta-Nikka was an active sponsor, mentor, and advocate supporting various employee resource groups focused on leadership and talent development. The global reach of her role allowed Ta-Nikka to connect with individuals and leaders across the company. With an easy-going personality and a genuine interest in leadership development, Ta-Nikka was often sought to mentor and coach.

Ta-Nikka founded LEADING EXECUTIVELY COACHING & CONSULTING after following her decades-long passion for helping others to think big, think bold, get uncomfortable, and pursue lofty goals.  Her vision is to help executives and people-leaders transform aspirations into achievements.  Ta-Nikka believes that empowering leaders through leadership coaching can drive positive organizational impact by improving leadership and team performance, building trust, and influencing the next-generation talent pipeline.

Ta-Nikka earned her Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering Technology from the Rochester Institute of Technology (RIT) in Rochester, NY. Ta-Nikka is currently pursuing her Masters in Business Administration (MBA) from East Carolina University (ECU) in Greenville, NC. She is a former corporate advisory board member of the North Carolina Agricultural & Technical State University (NC A&T) Deese College of Business and Economics.  Ta-Nikka is a current member of the International Coach Federation (ICF) and is actively pursuing her Associate Certified Coach (ACC) credential.
